Lava + Hematite beads are combined to create a beautiful grounding and calming energy in this bracelet. You can also use the Lava Stones for aromatherapy by adding a couple of drops of your favourite essential oil. The clasp is a Silver Plated round Spring clasp.

Make sure to order the correct size as there is no stretch in this piece.

This stone relates to the Root/Base Chakra. Lava stone is born from fiery heat under the earth - a very raw energy. This energy represents rebirth or renewal. This makes the lava stone perfect for anyone seeking to change circumstances, their environment and relationships. Lava energy helps to energize the whole body.

Using Lava Rock as a Diffuser/Aromatherapy

Add a couple of drops of essential oil of your choice (diluted) to the black stones. The oils enhance the stones healing properties. Lava absorbs oil very well and will hold a scent for 2/3 days. Putting Lavender essential oils on Lava Rock can help to reduce anxiety, relieve stress and promote a restful night’s sleep.
To find your size, use either a tape measure or string and ruler to measure your wrist. Please add 0.5 inch (1.5cm) for a snug fit and 1 inch (2.5cm) for a looser fit.
